Our Building Department is responsible for scheduling and conducting all building related inspections, both residential and commercial. The Building Department also handles all permitting except for: Burn (Fire Rescue), Golf Cart (Police), and Yard Sale permits (Police). **Note**: If you are not applying for a new build and you are only adding on to or remodeling a new structure, you only need to fill out the portion of the Conventional Home Application that applies to your request.
