Intent To Opt Out Of Homestead Exemption

The Mayor & City Council of the City of Bremen intends to opt out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption for the City of Bremen. 

All concerned citizens are invited to public hearings on this tax increase to be held at the Public Safety Complex, 191 Georgia Avenue North on January 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

Time and place of additional public hearing on this matter are to be held at the Public Safety Complex, 191 Georgia Avenue North on January 23, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
